Dr. Plener currently teaches chiropractic students in small group learning and clinical education. In the small group setting, he teaches chiropractic students within their first three years of education through case based learning and discussions. Within the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College teaching clinic he is a resource clinician, overseeing and assisting fourth year chiropractic interns with their clinical development.

Awards and Recognitions:

Dr. Plener was awarded the prestigious Early Career Chiropractor Award from the Ontario Chiropractic Association which is awarded to a chiropractor who demonstrates outstanding promise, achievement and commitment to enhancing the chiropractic profession. In addition, Dr. Plener was awarded the respected Canadian Chiropractic Association Young Investigator Award. This is awarded to a chiropractor who is a young researcher working in the field of chiropractic.
